The Right Season Branding
The Right Season it’s a brand that celebrates the richness of food, culture, and travel. Food isn't just sustenance; it's a delightful adventure of tastes that link us to memories and diverse cultures. Sharing meals fosters connections that speak volumes, honoring the abundance of life and fueling our zest for living fully.
This project aimed to capture the essence of our love for both travel and food. We set out to create a brand that exudes sophistication yet also carries an artistic flair, blending luxury with creativity.
Now, let’s talk about the packaging…
In putting together the packaging, I combined my love for graphic design and ceramics. I decided to handcraft the olive oil containers myself, which really set the tone for the whole project. Starting with the ceramic bottles, I faced the fun challenge of bringing together the logo, vectors, and handmade bottles. In the video, you'll get a peek at the whole journey, from start to finish!
Inspiration
The logo takes its inspiration from a blend of elements, notably drawing on the intricate talavera designs of Mexico to symbolize rich cultural heritage. Additionally, it incorporates the enchanting narrative of seeds being dispersed by birds in times long past, adding a touch of whimsy and natural beauty to the brand's identity.
I aimed for a minimalist stationary design that complements the logo's aesthetic. I opted for two distinct fonts: Latienne Pro for headlines and titles, and Futura for the body text. The colors of the logo were once again inspired by talavera.
I designed two distinct lines of tote bags, each adding its own touch to our brand. The first line reflects the logo and stationery's essence, incorporating logo elements into its pattern. The second line showcases hand-drawn designs that beautifully connect the artistry of our handmade bottles with our brand's overall aesthetic. Additionally, the cap and the box were carefully crafted elements that serve as a bridge between the logo and the olive oil bottles, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presentation.
